The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate donations. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

2. Donations and Payments

When you make a donation or other payment through the Site, you agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable.
• We use Stripe as our payment processor, and they may collect and store certain personal information necessary to complete the payment. We do not store any credit card details on our servers.
• Payments can be made through Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all of which are PCI-DSS compliant.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Site, you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Forward Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. No Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
