It is with great joy and excitement that we announce David Ward of Kelowna as the winner of our Looking Forward 50/50 raffle jackpot of $4040.00. David and his family have been avid supporters of Forward Foundation since its inception, and their commitment to our cause is truly inspiring.
David’s wife Roxanne works in healthcare, so they understand the importance of charitable organizations like Forward Foundation in complementing medical care for young adults with serious, life-limiting illnesses. It is even more special that Roxanne is a cousin of Christopher Cayford, the founder of Forward Foundation.
The Wards’ winnings will be put to great use as they plan to take their daughter to meet a new cousin in England this October. This trip is a perfect representation of what Forward Foundation stands for as it will provide a meaningful experience of connection for the family.
