2017 Cayford Gala

by Forward Foundation

In April of 2017, around 350 family and friends attended a Celebration of Life Gala in Chris’ honour. That night was magic as people held space for each other and celebrated life. The Forward Foundation will continue this grand gala every year as a fundraising endeavour.

The Wards of Kelowna are happy to be Forward Found The Wards of Kelowna are happy to be Forward Foundation’s 2023 50/50 winners. They have donated yearly to Forward since the foundation was started. Roxanne works in healthcare so they see the need for non-profits such as Forward Foundation as a complement to medical care.

Fun fact, Roxanne is a cousin of Christopher Cayford, the founder of Forward. The Wards are using their winnings to take their daughter to meet a brand new cousin in England this October. This means that the funds will be used for connection, which is at the crux of all Forward stands for.
